Of course, to make tahini yourself is not so difficult. In principle, you only need one ingredient: sesame seeds. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add agave syrup. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil and stir constantly until they are lightly browned. Then let it cool down a bit and put it (together with the agave syrup if you like) into a powerful blender. Now you need to be patient, as it may take a while for the grains to turn into a creamy paste. When you're happy with the consistency, the sesame puree is ready to be eaten.
