Question 1

What recipes can I make with the organic coconut flower vinaigrette?

Accepted Answer

Once spun dry in our practical salad spinner, virtually all (salad) possibilities are open to you. We recommend especially summery-light combinations, like in our green wild herbs salad. But who says you can't use the vinaigrette in your Peanut Tofu Bowl or Superfood Salad? After all, flavor combo queen and king is your middle name!

Question 2

What can you say about the shelf life of the vinaigrette?

Accepted Answer

Our coconut flower vinaigrette has a shelf life of at least 12 months directly after production under optimal storage conditions. Please note that this is only the best before date. It is best to store the vinaigrette in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Question 3

What is special about organic coconut flower vinaigrette?

Accepted Answer

Our coconut blossom vinaigrette is an oil-free seasoning sauce, made from coconut blossom syrup and vinegar. This not only makes it fruity and fresh, but also gives it an aromatic, slightly sweet and sour taste. In addition, the vinaigrette is 100% organic!

Question 4

What is the difference between vinaigrette and dressing?

Accepted Answer

The word vinaigrette is derived from the French word 'vinaigre' and means vinegar - which also forms the basis of the finely acidic sauce. By definition, vinaigrette has a thin consistency, but it can be thickened with egg yolk or mustard as desired. Dressing has no fixed base ingredients, but it is usually a thick, emulsion-like sauce that can also be used as a spread or dip.

Question 5

Is the coconut flower vinaigrette vegan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the vinaigrette is vegan and lactose-free.
