Particularly important in cold pressing is the rapid processing of freshly harvested coconuts to avoid contamination or spoilage of the valuable pulp and to ensure a pleasant taste. Thus, without long storage, the fruit is opened by hand, peeled, crushed into pieces and immediately pressed. The organic coconut oil thus obtained is refined, bleached nor deodorized. We also deliberately avoid chemical additives and preservatives - the organic coconut oil is only filtered and bottled on site.
