Hey! 😊 Thank you for your honest feedback on our gluten-free organic lasagne sheets. We're sorry that preparing the lasagne wasn't as easy for you as with the lentil and corn lasagne sheets. The new lasagne sheets made from corn and rice actually need to be cooked briefly before baking, otherwise they will not reach the desired consistency. We understand that this is an extra step that is not always desirable, so perhaps you can find a simpler solution by soaking the lasagne sheets in hot water beforehand to reduce the amount of cooking required.
