Question 1

Where does KoRo's ginger come from?

Accepted Answer

The cultivated plant ginger originally comes from China. Today, ginger is also grown in Sri Lanka, Japan, Vietnam and Nigeria. We have tried different varieties for our ginger juice with lemon and found a delicious source in Peru.

Question 2

What is the shelf life of organic ginger juice?

Accepted Answer

Our ginger juice will keep for at least a year if unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. After you open it and try your first shot, consume within 21 days. The ginger juice and tap should always be in contact. We recommend that you store the bag-in-box in a cool, dry place and in an upright position.

Question 3

How does the ginger shot taste?

Accepted Answer

Our ginger shot combines pure ginger (96,5%) with a dash of lemon (3,5%). Our ginger juice comes with just 0.8% naturally occurring sugar and no additives and provides you accordingly an intense, unadulterated ginger flavor with soothing spiciness. You can drink the ginger juice in the morning as a shot pure. But the ginger juice can be mixed wonderfully in tea, fruit juices and even cocktails.

Question 4

Is the ginger shot from KoRo organic?

Accepted Answer

Klaro, our ginger and lemons come from organic farming.

Question 5

What are the advantages of bag-in-boxes?

Accepted Answer

We are absolute fans! How tedious is it to dispose of your everyday ginger shot packaging over and over again? With the bag-in-boxes we put an end to that. Our juice boxes consist of an airtight plastic bag embedded in a practical cardboard box. Your juice can be portioned super easy through a tap and thus always remains airtight sealed. This guarantees not only a long shelf life, but also the retention of the fresh and sharp taste. The bag-in-boxes are practical for transport and storage, so you can take your 3 liters of juice everywhere and go on a journey of discovery. For example, how about a future career as a party ginger shot dealer?

Question 6

How can I use the ginger juice?

Accepted Answer

Our ginger shot is versatile: Make your tea a real highlight with a shot of the ginger shot or refine your cocktails at the next party. Not only the hard ones come to the garden! Of course, you can also mix our ginger shot with lemon into your sparkling water, making "drinking more water" a breeze. Our tip: Mix a shot of the ginger shot into your next salad dressing. Despite a multitude of possible applications, we still prefer to drink our ginger shot straight as a shot at the breakfast table.

Question 7

How many calories are in one serving of ginger juice?

Accepted Answer

With us you get the popular ginger juice in a practical bag-in-box system. So you have 60 times the amount of a conventional ginger shot at home. One portion of our ginger juice (50ml) has just about 3.5kcal. 100ml contain 7kcal.

Question 8

How do I dispose of the Bag-in-Box?

Accepted Answer

Become a true recycling world champion: simply separate the plastic bag from the cardboard box and dispose of both in the plastic or paper waste.
