Ja, Teig und Füllung enthalten weder Ei noch andere tierische Inhaltsstoffe – die Tortelloni sind entsprechend komplett vegan.
Am besten bewahrst Du die Tortelloni in ihrer ungeöffneten Originalverpackung an einem trockenen, lichtgeschützten Ort auf. Unter den beschriebenen Lagerbedingungen halten sich unsere Tortelloni mindestens zwölf Monate nach Produktion. Einmal geöffnet, solltest Du sie kalt lagern und schnell aufbrauchen.
Das kommt natürlich ganz auf Deinen Hunger an – grundsätzlich würden wir aber sagen: Eine 250 Gramm-Packung reicht für 2–3 Portionen. Wenn der Hunger größer ist, am besten gleich im Tray kaufen!
Bringe in einem großen Topf gesalzenes Wasser zum Kochen. Lass die Tortelloni darin für ungefähr 12–15 Minuten leicht sieden, bis sie “al dente” sind und zu schwimmen beginnen.
