Wie viele Kalorien haben die Salz-Karamell Pistazien?

100 g unserer Pistazien Salted Caramel enthalten 514 kcal. Mit 5,1 g Ballaststoffen pro 100 g stellen unsere Karamell-Pistazien außerdem eine Ballaststoffquelle dar.

Kann ich gebrannte Pistazien selber machen?

Um Nüsse selber zu karamellisieren, brauchst Du kein kompliziertes Rezept. Alles, was Du benötigst, sind ein paar ganze Pistazienkerne, beispielsweise unsere extra grünen Pistazienkerne, und ein wenig Rohrzucker. Einfach den Zucker unter Hitze mit ein wenig Wasser in einer Pfanne karamellisieren und die Pistazien unter ständigem Rühren darin schwenken. Alternativ kannst Du die Nüsse auch im Backofen oder in der Mikrowelle glasieren. Wenn Du auf raffinierten Zucker verzichten willst, kannst Du auch auf Alternativen wie Honig und Agavendicksaft zurückgreifen. Aber wem die Sauerei in der Küche danach zu groß ist, der greift einfach zu unseren fertigen gebrannten Pistazien Salted Caramel. Die schmecken mindestens genauso gut und sind definitiv weniger Aufwand. Einfach Tüte auf und lossnacken!
