How can I make roasted peanuts myself?

You don't need a complicated recipe to caramelize peanuts yourself. All you need are some whole blanched peanuts and a little cane sugar. Simply caramelize the sugar in a pan over heat with a little water and toss the peanuts in it, stirring constantly. Alternatively, you can glaze the nuts in the oven or microwave. If you don't want to use refined sugar, you can also use alternatives such as Manuka honey and agave syrup. If the mess in the kitchen is too big for you, simply use our ready-made roasted peanuts. They taste at least as good!
