Yes, our roasted hazelnuts are 100% suitable for a vegan diet. The hazelnuts are glazed only with sugar and therefore contain no animal additives.

How can I make roasted hazelnuts myself?

To caramelize hazelnuts yourself, you don't need a complicated recipe. All you need are a few whole hazelnut kernels and a little raw cane sugar. Simply caramelize the sugar in a pan over heat with a little water and toss the Brazil nut kernels in it, stirring constantly. Alternatively, you can glaze the nuts in the oven or microwave. If you want to avoid refined sugar, you can also use alternatives such as honey or agave syrup. If the mess in the kitchen is too big, simply use our ready-made roasted hazelnuts. They taste at least as good!
