Our white almond butter is made from peeled and blanched almonds, resulting in a sweeter flavour. Both are delicious, and it's up to you to decide which one you like best.

The difference is that in the brown almond paste, the almond kernels are processed with skin. They are usually lightly roasted and not blanched. Our white almond paste, on the other hand, consists of blanched almond kernels.
You prefer to make our almond paste yourself? Is possible, but quite exhausting: Grab some peeled or unpeeled almond kernels and process them in the Blender simply to your self-made almond puree.
