Q: How should I use and prepare this broth?

Preparing our broth is really really easy. Since it is ready to eat, our delicious vegan broth only needs to be heated in a pot or in the microwave before being refined with your favourite ingredients: fresh vegetables, tofu or any meat substitute you like, and of course, ramen noodles – the more the merrier! You can already look forward to the unique and intense taste of the ultimate comfort food!

Question 1

What is this broth suitable for?

Accepted Answer

Our tasty broth is suitable as a base for ramen and other soups. Open the glass, heat up the broth, refine with ingredients of your choice, and enjoy – it's that easy! Due to its spicy taste, you can also use the vegan miso ramen broth to refine sauces or Asia-inspired dishes. But you can also mix it with other creations and spice them up: set no limits to your culinary creativity!

Question 2

What makes this broth so special?

Accepted Answer

Our ramen broth contains only natural ingredients and no artificial flavour enhancers. High-quality vegetable broth, miso paste, and soy sauce are all that is needed for the spicy and intense taste. The miso ramen broth is also vegan and quick and easy to prepare, and can be refined however you like – set no limits to your imagination! And the best thing? Our new ramen broth is enough for two servings, so you can share your love for ramen and comfort food with a loved one.

Please keep in mind that the miso paste will make the broth slightly cloudy, which is normal; since the paste will settle when it is at rest, you should shake it vigorously before opening it to distribute the miso evenly in the broth.
