Instead of stopping at details like continent or country, we want to drop the pin, wherever possible, right where the fields, farms and factories actually are. Why? Because when it comes to origin, the food industry is still far too often left in the dark. We're nowhere near the finish line ourselves, but with our new transparency software FoodRoots, we're now taking the first visible step: on selected product pages, you can now trace the journey and individual stages of your snacks. This summer, we had a warehouse sale to coincide with our move to a bigger warehouse! An exciting moment for us as a company, as it meant we could handle more orders and improve customer experience. However, as people came back from summer holidays, the number of orders kept rising (great news, we know!), but this spike in orders, combined with our recent warehouse move has meant our warehouse and operations teams have faced a challenge in shipping every order out on time.
