Can I also make fruit powder from the dried strawberries?

Well, if you like to put your blender to the test, feel free to use our dried strawberries. But we don't recommend it, because they are rather soft. BUT, of course, we have an alternative for you: our freeze-dried strawberry slices. With their extra crunchy texture and bright color, they're perfect for making your very own strawberry powder. If the whole thing is a bit too much work for you, then you can also simply use our Strawberry Powder and let the color fun begin!

Can my baby eat dried strawberries?

If you give your baby the dried strawberries to snack on, we recommend that you cut the strawberries into small pieces to avoid the risk of choking. Our tip: soak the slices in a little water and then puree them into a baby-friendly pulp. To be on the safe side, however, it is best to consult your pediatrician before serving your offspring our dried strawberries.

When is strawberry season?

With us all year round - because we have extended through the drying process, the strawberry season from 4 to 12 months. Oh yes! Because depending on the weather, our favorite red fruits have their season from early May to early August at the latest. And that's definitely too short, isn't it?!

What is the difference between sun-dried and freeze-dried fruits?

Very good question! In addition to our dried strawberries, we also have also freeze-dried strawberry slices in our assortment. The difference: freeze-dried strawberries are rather crunchy and keep their bright red color, while the dried strawberries are rather soft.
