In the frying pan: Oil the pan on medium heat (100 °C). When the oil is hot, add the product and fry for half a minute on each side. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 120 ºC (upper-lower heat + convection). Lightly oil the surface of the product and place in the centre of the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Wenn Du die Würste am liebsten in einer Bratpfanne zubereiten möchtest, öle die Pfanne zuerst ein und erhitze sie auf mittlere Stufe. Wenn das Öl heiß ist, die Würstchen hineingeben und zwischen einer Minute bis eineinhalb Minuten auf jeder Seite anbraten. Für die Zubereitung im Backofen, heize ihn zunächst auf 120°C (Ober-Unterhitze oder Umluft) vor. Die groben veganen Bratwürste leicht einölen, in die Mitte des Backblechs legen und 15 Minuten backen.
Die Bratwürstchen haben in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung ab Produktionsdatum eine Mindesthaltbarkeit von 18 Monaten. Du kannst sie bei Raumtemperatur aufbewahren und solltest sie aber nach dem Öffnen der Packung im Kühlschrank lagern und innerhalb von 48 Stunden verbrauchen.
