In the frying pan: Oil the pan on medium heat (100°C). When the oil is hot, add the product and fry for half a minute on each side. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 120ºC (upper-lower heat + convection). Lightly oil the surface of the product and place in the centre of the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
